The Botanisan and his team, strive to ensure you’re delighted with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Here’s everything you need to know about our return policy.

Returning Plants and Flowers

Due to the nature of live plants and flowers, we cannot accept returns for these items. Once they leave our care, we cannot guarantee their quality upon return. Your green friends deserve to remain in top-notch condition!

Need to Return Something Else? No Problem!

If you’ve purchased non-living items such as pots, baskets, or accessories, you’re welcome to return them within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition, allowing us to pass it along to another plant lover.

Issues with Delivery

We take great care in packing your orders, but mishaps can happen during transport. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our team will provide a suitable solution, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

  1. Pack the item securely in the original packaging (or a sturdy box). Include a note with your order number so we can identify your return.
  2. Send the package to the address below:

If your order was delivered in an open box or on a pallet, please contact us for specific return instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility, so pack the items carefully.
  • Include your order number in the package to help us process your return quickly.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Without tracking, we cannot investigate lost returns.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 1-5 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, color, or size, simply place a new order. Please note: previously used discount codes cannot be reapplied. Keep an eye on our site for new promotions!
